| This is a Total Remodel of a condominium Kitchen, Dining Room and Family Room into an open concept 40' Room. |
| From this group of pictures you can see the black lines which represent the foot print of the original 10X13 Kitchen. I removed the bulkheads and the walls separating the original Kitchen from the dining room and family room. There were no windows or outside light available for the original Kitchen. You had to go though the Kitchen from the Living Room and then the Family Room to get to the patio. |
| I also enlarged the only door into the original Kitchen as seen to the left, to a 5' opening and added a new 5' opening at the opposite end of the wall, as seen to the right. |
